The Best Places to Work in Indiana list — which BLASTmedia has been named to since 2016 — recognizes and honors the state’s most outstanding employers. The selection process was handled by The Best Companies Group and determined using employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
The Exceptional Employer Award category of the Mira Awards recognizes tech companies that are doing an exceptional job of hiring and developing talent, cultivating workspaces and workplace culture, and deliberately increasing diversity. TechPoint, the growth initiative for Indiana’s technology ecosystem, produces the Mira Awards each year to honor the most innovative and successful technologies, technology companies and entrepreneurs in Indiana.

The winner of Exceptional Employer Award will be announced during the annual Mira Awards gala Saturday, April 13, at the JW Marriott — Indianapolis. Companies named to the Best Places to Work in Indiana list will be recognized during an awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis on Tuesday, April 30.
