The selection process for the 2021 Best Places to Work list was handled by The Best Companies Group and determined using employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. Employee surveys were distributed by The Best Companies Group to each member of the BLASTmedia team, whose responses were kept confidential.
“Outstanding performance isn’t possible without a strong culture of trust, respect and transparency as a foundation,” said BLASTmedia president Lindsey Groepper. “With 2020 bringing immense change as a fully-remote agency for the first time, it is a credit to our entire team that we’ve been able to maintain a strong culture amidst a tumultuous time. Companies participating in the Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees, which can in turn be used in enhancing employee programs.
