In December 2008, Australian-based miRoamer, a global innovator in the Internet radio industry, partnered with Blaupunkt, one of the world’s leading consumer electronics manufacturers and specialists in car multimedia based in Germany.

miRoamer and Blaupunkt challenged BLAST with announcing the partnership to create the world’s first internet car radio at CES 2009.

The team at BLAST immediately went into action, coordinating with both companies, to announce the product partnership and educate the public and the press about the technology behind the new product category.

BLAST made aggressive outreach to CES media attendees in the weeks leading up to the show to schedule over 20 media demos at the miRoamer/Blaupunkt booth.

BLAST provided on-site support to both companies at CES Unveiled and throughout the duration of the tradeshow.
