Interbike+Vegas = Christmas in September
Last week, Sept. 26 - 29, people from around the world gathered their bikes under one roof in the Sands Convention Center for Interbike. Interbike is the largest bicycle tradeshow in North America; full of bikes that range anywhere from a trump-worthy $20,000 to $50 scooters. I geared up to see all the new innovations and started planning my Christmas wish list (for 2008). A privileged insider, I was lucky enough to see thousands of bikes and gear; some of which won’t be offered for public consumption for another year or two. But, drooling aside I’m actually went to accompany two clients of mine - Polarpak and Swiss Bikeboard (pictured below). With all their media appointments, interviews, and most importantly, really cool products, we had Interbike wrapped up with a bow! Scroll down for tradeshow memories and a sneak peek at the gear that caught my eye!
