BLASTmedia is a fun company to work for – we have food eating challenges, show-and-tell days, trips to the Indiana State Fair and, who could forget, our annual Ugly Christmas Sweater party. One of the latest perks at the BLAST office is the addition of Swiss Exercise Balls as substitutes for our desk chairs. Our fearless leader, Kelly, sent out an email a few weeks ago stating that he had ordered Swiss exercise balls for the office because sitting in front of a computer for 8-10 hours is not good for your back, arms, legs, etc. We’ve had the exercise balls for a few weeks now and everyone has taken turns switching out their desk chair for the exercise ball.
