DIY Media Coverage

by Margie
June 19th, 2009

We here at BLAST pride ourselves on the media coverage we generate for our clients. We work diligently to set up interviews (both on and off camera) for our clients to talk about their latest product or service and we love seeing the coverage finally run. But sometimes, media outlets require that our clients be on-site for an interview, and this isn’t always possible due to geographic location. Luckily, we can often step in as a company representative, as was the case recently with our client – Don’t Bite Me! Patch

Indianapolis is having a mosquito problem, and the local CBS affiliate was working on a segment featuring mosquito repellent solutions. Don’t Bite Me! Patch is a discreet, all-natural transdermal skin patch to deliver a blend of protective Vitamin B1 and aloe combination throughout the body. The producer wanted a Don’t Bite Me rep to speak about the product on camera for a segment to run that same day, but Don’t Bite Me headquarters are located in Texas. Thankfully, our very own Hillary Money was able to step in and do a fantastic job featuring the product on camera! Since we talk about our clients and their products every day, we are always confident that our team will deliver the right message.
