It’s that time of year again! This morning we all woke up here in Indianapolis to the sight of 2-4 inches of snow outside. I have never been a big fan of freezing cold weather, but I definitely enjoy a good snow fall, just enough to cover the ground (without covering the roads would be ideal). Every year, I feel as if the first snow truly signifies that the holiday season is underway.

At BLAST, Christmas music has been blaring on-and-off over the speakers for a couple of weeks now; we are preparing to put up our office tree this week and we are having our holiday gift exchange / party next week. It’s taken me a little longer this year to get into the holiday “spirit,” but I am definitely there now. Who knew it would take a light snow (which almost caused me to wreck this morning) and shopping for hilariously-hideous Christmas sweaters for part of our office gift exchange to get excited about the holidays? What usually gets you in the holiday spirit?
